Yes, I know it seems like a crazy title, let me elaborate. Even though we know, Hirose knows Ohmori the longest and they are childhood friends. Childhood friend and best friend are not the same. They are at least close friends level. The fact that Hirose go to his house sometime and they go to concert together. Still there are things Hirose does not share with others but only to Nakamura. In episode 6 Nakamura is the first to know about his problem, why not tell Ohmori before or later is not like they can't easier communicate. They have each other numbers, the fact he choose him tell you a lot about who he trust more. In episode 13, again he tell Nakamura about his problem first, then tell him to not tell anyone.

This episode even though not the best like others have been saying, I find it hilarious. Hopefully after this week episode Nakamura learn that being a pervert has consequence lmao. In a way he is lucky because he find out sooner that shirt is not from Hirose. He could end like that new guy lmao. I find this trait of Nakamura, make me feel quite uncomfortable but well he is a horny teenager and he is always weird.
