Found this in my kid's closet and am wondering if it's real. The bezel is a little misaligned at top so I'm not sure.

I am in the process of hanging a curtain rod above this 204" bank of windows.

After running my fresh-batteried stud finder (across myself first to verify it was working) across the entire span, near the windows, in the middle, and near the ceiling, the returns were minimal and inconsistent.

Is it possible this whole span is a header? It's ~21.5" from the top of the window trim to the ceiling. With young kids in the house, I was planning on using toggle anchors if the brackets miss a stud, but screwing directly into wood would be much better!

ETA: This side of the house is a single level so there is no second story being supported, just the roof.
