URGENT HELP NEEDED! Is this a real Signature Collection Woody?
Hi everyone, I really need some urgent advice from the experts here before I make a huge financial mistake.
I'm currently talking to a seller about buying a second-hand Woody figure. The seller strictly claims that this figure is an original Thinkway Toys "Signature Collection / Toy Story Collection" from the 2009-2010 era. They are asking for a very high collector's price for it.
However, I have some serious doubts about the Woody figure based on the photos provided.
When I confronted the seller about the flat vest, they claimed: "These were released in different years with slight model changes (cloud logo, white logo, yellow logo). This is from 2009 and if you look at 2009 signature Woodys, you'll see the details are the same."
Is there any truth to this? Did Thinkway ever release a real 2009 "Cloud Logo" Toy Story Collection Woody with a completely flat, non-flocked vest? Or is this just a standard Thinkway Talking Woody being passed off as a premium Signature Collection figure?
