Hi everyone, looking for feedback on my digital download shop to improve conversion rates and brand clarity.

Shop Context:

• What I sell: High-resolution digital printable art (prints/wall art). I’m currently experimenting with adding printable downloads of my traditional oil paintings alongside my digital art.
• Niche: Expressive, character-driven animal art and fine art portraits.
• Why I chose this: I'm a professional artist working in both digital painting and traditional oil mediums. I wanted to build a digital asset store, but because high-skill digital art often gets mistaken for AI, I began introducing my physical oil pieces as printables to ground the store in traditional craftsmanship and build trust.

Specific Questions for the Community:

1. Perception & Trust: Does listing digitized traditional oil paintings alongside pure digital paintings create a cohesive brand, or does it confuse the buyer regarding what they are actually purchasing (a digital file vs. a physical item)?
2. Listing/SEO Clarity: Are my listing images and descriptions clearly conveying that these are high-resolution digital downloads, or is the process/medium muddying the purchasing intent?
3. Conversion Optimization: What are the biggest friction points on my storefront that might prevent a browser from converting to a digital buyer?

• Questions: 1- What are your thoughts on my new listings since I’ve already converted / removed all physical items for my store? 2- I’ve listed my products at $10 with a sale price at $6, how well might this strategy work for a new digital shop like mine?

• Answers: 1- What inspired me to create this shop is my enthusiasm for creating new compositions and how people reacts to my art. 2- My shop is driven by pure artistic passion, so ai did not conduct a research before opening. However, given my current stage, I’m trying to apply the best business strategies by reaching out and asking for critique.

1- I’m selling digital prints. 2- I chose this as I’m obsessed with creating unique compositions. 3- My shop only sells digital and I’m considering converting the rest of assets.

My questions: 1- How to revive the organic reach I was having before the inevitable administrative pause the storefront faced — it lasted 50+ days? 2- What to consider to digitalizing the rest of the assets in my store, as I found success in selling my first piece as a digital download.

Notes: Before the shop gets into vacation mode, it blew overnight and brought very good amount of visits which resulted in my first sale and I would love to have the snowball effect going.
