Is it bile malabsorption or something else?
I have chronic malabsorption issues[15 years] with loss of weight, severe malnutrition, loss of appetite Dandruff and extreme fatigue I go for motion once a day but stools are loose, mushy, yellowish many times sime times brownish but always shiny or bit oily with undigested food specially vegies, beans, tomatoes etc. Otherwise whole day i keep having farts.. Whatever eat instantly it travels down and give gas.. My Pancreas elastese levels are also very low 60 but PERT enzyme therapy doesn't work for me and my Pancreas looks fine on CT scan abdomen I have no idea what it could be.. Why malabsorption so chronic may be BAM or And yes I don't have any pain, gut irritated sore or tightness but not pain.. Urine also goes dark yellowish in summers I don't have typical sibo bloating lot of fermentation and farts all day from all kind of foods
As it contains milk, soy of protein source that could haev been the reason.. Though chatgot didn't warn me that time.. I felt full, bit bloating.. And foggy constipated next day so just tried once only

Good morning folks, i have chronic malabsorption, malnutrition caused by poor digestion (low stomach acid, poor secretion of pancreatic enzymes for years) root cause I still don't know endoscopy, CT scan of abdomen are mostly fine IMPORTANT POINT < my symptoms began in stressful family environment and with some suppressed emotions in teenage though it was very short(1year) but gradually it became worse And i never recovered for a day i have become extreme malnourished that i got tuberculosis in 2022 I'm very fatigued, underweight as i can't absorb the food Now the real question as Title suggests why homeopathy remedies didn't work for me its been almost 3 years I' have been trying homeopathy with best homeopaths around here from every angle.. Yes i had 3 slices of mango(rioe amd and sweet) first time of mango season and i felt my teeth are sour, and acidic burps.. Its so sad man..
