I have a very painful toothache. What do i do to stop it?

About three days ago, my right under chin Lymph node inflamed itself, I've taken paracetamol and half-alcohol compresses, it used to help. This night the pain is back and it's at its worst. I've had a bottle of hot water previously to help soothe the pain but it cooled down and I didn't want to cause noise, so i tried sleeping. Around then my tooth began to hurt when pressed down on it. The tooth is previously treated. I have a constant brushing schedule.
