My dad just received a letter stating that he qualifies for Community HealthChoices (CHC) starting in October, which is when he will turn 65. He is currently enrolled in the Keystone First Health Plan, and his renewal is also due in October. Should he take any action now, or should he wait until October? Additionally, he has received his Medicare card in the mail. How can we enroll him in Medicare? As for my mom, she is only 63 years old (her birthday is in September). What kind of paperwork do we need to submit for her renewal with the county? Any advice would be appreciated.
