Driveshaft and idea
Hi just bought a 2022 ford explorer xlt. Started getting a vibrating in the rear and found this. Any idea whats going on or what needs to be fixed. This is the drive shaft where it goes into the rearend.

Hi have a 06 silverado with the 4.3. Truck went down had a p0300 idles fine but under a load bogs and starts misfiring. Checked fuel pressure was going below 40 when giving throttle changes fuel pump and still having the same thing happen. If in park amd slowly increase throttle is fine up to 4k but if you snap the throttle misfire or if try to drive. Thinking about changing the fuel pressure regulator next any thoughts or opinions appreciate the help. Will try to get some videos to upload.
