Loss of appetite
Ever since i started increasing my protein and centering all my meals around protein, ive had increased nausea from eating and loss of appetite. i dont enjoy anything i eat and i have to force myself to eat. this might sound ideal for restriction and weight loss but with that comes fatigue, loss of energy, tiredness, etc. I dont know what to do, has anyone else had this problem? Will my body adjust over time and itll be easier to eat?
For context, i used to eat high carb foods that were objectively good with lots of flavor. now its greek yogurt bowls, seasoned eggs and meats, which are foods i normally dont really care for.
