Since I'm having these itchy tiny bumps all over my cheeks, forehead and chin and I know these are fungal acne. And my derma prescribed me dermazole shampoo and Physiogel AI lotion that's not FA safe. What should I do? Should I use it even though it's not FA safe and was prescribed by a professional? I need help and advice, please. I don't want these bumps to flare more, I'm so lost..😓

I recently used FA safe products such as skintific 5x ceramide sunscreen, cosrx micellar water, haruharu 5.5 cleansing gel, isntree hyaluronic acid toner, isntree chestnut bha toner, and isntree aloe soothing gel moist type. That was my recent skincare but when I got consulted thru online the derma told me to stop all the products I was using except the sunscreen and micellar. So I did and immediately bought the products she prescribed, but I'm so worried about the moisturizer. I also had seb derm flare up, but it's all okay now because of the dermazole but I'm still worried because of these bumps. NEED ADVICE!! ☹️

So last time nagpa online consult ako kasi nag kakaroon ako ng bumps sa face ko and overtime dumadami siya hanggang sa na irritate ko skin ko kasi at first I thought closed comedones or clogged pores 'yon kaya I used salicylic acid. Tho 2x a week ko lang ginagamit, pero dahil ata do'n kaya na trigger ko rin ang seb derm ko hanggang sa nagka flare up ako. And no'ng na consult ako, walang sinabi sa akin if anong nangyari sa face ko or kung ano 'yong mga bumps pero binigyan ako ng prescription and ang sabi sa prescription:

AM: dermazole plus shampoo - 3x a week

Gentle Cleanser and Cetaphil ang cleanser ko

Then Physiogel AI lotion (specifically prescribed ng derma)

PM: permethrin - 10 mins then rinse

I'm sure fungal acne itong nangyayari sa skin ko, sa cheeks, forehead, chin and gilid ng hairline since I do have seb derm din so I'm prone sa fungal. Makati rin sila kaya nag te-take ako ng cetirizine before matulog. I'm kinda worried lang kasi hindi FA safe 'yong moisturizer so baka mas ma trigger itong fungal acne ko. Pero derma na kasi mismo nag prescribed, so I need to follow it. Pero kayo po, ano pong ma a-advice niyo sa akin? Okay lang ba kahit gumamit ako ng hindi FA safe na moisturizer? Or goods lang po itong binigay sa akin na routine?

Ewan ko ba guys, pero feeling ko ang malas ko sa love life yung tipong mga lumalapit sa akin or mga nakikilala ko eh may mga jowa na? So, now lang may sinasabi friend ko and mate ko na bet na bet daw ako nitong isang guy, tho napapansin ko na siya sa campus matagal na-- na palaging naka tingin sa akin, gano'n. As an observant person, alam ko yun since pansin ko na agad kapag gusto ako ng isang tao. Pero ito na nga, since bet ko rin siya mag g-go sana ako HAHAHAHA eh no'ng malaman laman ko fb ni guy at pagka stalk ko, ayon... may jowa na pala siya. Kaya bounce tayo agad d'yan pare😭 HAHAHAHA. Ayon lang, yung mga nag kaka gusto sa akin eh may jowa na. Ano ba yan, di ko naman pinangarap maging kabit. Ang malas lang, pero syempre guys kapag nalalaman ko na may jowa sila di ko pinapatulan ha. Respect ba, respect. Di naman ako nag mamadali or nag hahanap, pero kasi beh mga lumalapit lang talaga sa akin eh may mga jowa, hay nako..

Very effective ha, ayos ayos. So bale ganitong method ang ginawa/ginamit niya sa akin. 'Yong tipong lulubog lilitaw siya. Anong nangyari? Kuhang kuha niya loob ko men HAHAHAHQ, hays.. Hindi ako nag kakagusto, like ang hirap para sa akin magka gusto sa isang tao pero dahil sa method na 'yan-- nagka gusto ako sakan'ya. Pero ayon, bigla na lang hindi niya na ako kinakausap. Idk, bigla na lang naputol connection namin. Hindi niya alam na gusto ko na siya kasi 'di ko sinasabi directly sakan'ya, pero miss ko na siya HAHAHAHA. Tho, I don't chase people. Hinayaan ko na lang din. Ayon lang, ang boring today..😓

Can you recommend a sunscreen for oily skin and FA safe? I'm currently using skintific 5x ceramide sunscreen and nagiging greasy siya sa face ko, pero pinag titiisan ko lang since wala pa akong bagong sunscreen🥲.
