Seeking advice on how to prune a large American Sycamore - NW Florida

have an American sycamore in my backyard. It was planted before I moved in 7-8 years ago and it’s grown very large. It’s never really been pruned other than some very low branches.

I’m trying to keep some grass growing in that area, which I know will be a challenge in any case. In one of the photos you can see where the main trunk splits off. Is that a good mark to shoot for?

I’m wondering if someone could give me advice on limbing it up to create more open space lower in the canopy so more light can hit the ground. I’ve seen some very old, beautiful American sycamores in my area that have very high canopies. I’m not sure if that’s normal or not. Any advice is appreciated.

Better seat options for woom kids bike

I bought my 5 year old daughter a woom bike. It’s great and she loves it, except for the seat. It’s admittedly pretty firm. I’m a bike novice. Are there any options for changing the seat to something more comfortable? They don’t seem to sell anything, but I’m hoping it’s fairly easy to put an aftermarket seat on. Thanks for the advice

Third time kicking the tires on YNAB- Need advice on simplicity

I’ve looked into YNAB a few times and it never quite stuck. I understand the overall concept and how it really changes how you think about money and budgeting.

I think I might be answering my own question here, but maybe someone can give their experience.

I think the issue has always been me, specifically how I’ve managed my accounts. I just have too many. I have my main CU accounts with a credit card. I have 4-5 more credit cards that I use for different things. I have an Etrade checking account I use as a compartmentalized savings account , fidelity and Morgan Stanley investment accounts.

All of that is going to change soon. I’m paying off most of my debt and I’m really going to try to just use my CU checking/savings accounts and 1 credit card to capture recurring bills. Possibly 2, but I’d prefer 1.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Looking for any advice because I really don’t want to fall back into a debt hole after I pay everything off. TIA!

Need recommendations for hyper extensions

I’m looking for good options for hyper extensions that also folds away from storage. I’ve been looking at the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro and the NordBench Pro. Those seem really great. I like the various exercise options they offer, but it’s a little more than I’m looking to spend.

Does anyone have recommendations for something similar that isn’t $400-$700?
