Becoming a CTM at your own store?
Hi, I’ve been at my local for over 3 years now and I was thinking of progressing from colleague as I need more hours and a higher salary. Is it possible to progress to a CTM from a colleague in the store you already work in? I believe one of our CTM’s is leaving at the end of the year so there will be a vacancy. Any advice is helpful thank you :)
