Tent suggestions for 2 tall folks

Looking for a good tent for my girlfriend and myself. We don’t plan on doing huge through hikes or anything but want to keep it light if possible for longer adventures in the future. We plan on having a few trips over the summer to hike some mountain lakes and stay overnight to fish. I’m 6’2 and she’s 5’9. Preferably our tent would be able to fit 2 25 inch wide pads, have 2 vestibules, and not break the bank with a budget around 300 give or take. Really wanted to try the Lanshan 2 but it doesn’t seem like it will fit our pads. We could also use a 20 in wide and a 25 in wide pad i suppose but want to see other options too. Seems to be so much awesome gear out there I haven’t seen or heard of yet. Lastly with weight If prefer it on the lighter side so if I did decide to go on some solo trips. Cheers and happy trails.

First time back packer looking for your advice and suggestions

I’m sure there is a ton of these threads already but why not. I have done a lot of car camping in the eastern sierras and plan to go on some Backpacking fishing trips soon. These will likely be 1-3 nights. Mostly curious of what I should prioritize buying new and used. Found a fair amount of gear online used and some new is around the same price. Don’t need the most up to date light weight bla bla bla. Just good quality for price gear. I hope to go about 3 times before winter. I found a guy near me with great reviews selling patched nemo pads so sleeping pad is out the way. Wondering for input on many things one of which is my tent. The trekking pole tents seem pretty great for weight and size. I’ll likely have my gf for most of these trips so a 2 person is mandatory. Also how to choose the size of bag I get. I like to buy companies that are willing to back there products with warranties. I know this is rather vague just want to hear others options and advice. Thanks and happy trails.

Think I’m done playing tournaments for a while

Played a C-tier in ma3 yesterday. I work nights so it’s quite a lot to play 2 3 hour rounds after getting off at 6:30 AM. I always go to have fun and less so with a “killer” mindset to compete. I somehow always end up on miserable cards of people taking Ma3 way too serious. Either screaming over bad shots, taking rules too seriously, or being passive aggressive to the card for whatever reason. I’ve had some great cards and made new homies in the community also it’s not all bad. What’s crazy to me is some of these people play tournaments every weekend. How do they burden themselves with this when they seem to not even be having fun ? Or if they do compete so often move up ? Either way I’d rather go toss shots with my homies while drinking a beer and throwing however many shots I want. I’m sure I’ll play some tournament again eventually and hope to be around less miserable people. Have some good Sunday rounds Y’all.

Hilarious when Calvin jumps into to talk some smack. Completely disappointed with how today turned out.
