My CPU temperature is 50°C to 55°C when I’m idle, and when I’m playing GTA V Legacy, it reaches 85°C to 88°C. Is this normal? My CPU is an i5-3570, and I’m using an Intel stock cooler.

I'm planning to buy GTA V from this website because it's on sale, but I'm wondering if it includes the Legacy version. On Steam, the purchase includes both the Enhanced and Legacy versions so does the Humble Bundle includes it too?? thank you.
