Can I leave a presentation early?

Im traveling this weekend and I was already planning on visiting Washington DC before I bought the package so it was a good deal. Cut the cost nearly in half of what I was going to pay for a room elsewhere. Now I've got this required presentation that I really don't want to sit 2 hours for because I wanna be out sightseeing. So is there anyway I can leave early without them charging me for the full price of the stay?

When is the best time to purchase flight tickets?

Hi, I'm heading out to Denver later this year for an event so the dates are locked-in. Google is telling me tickets are lower than usual, so I wondering if I should jump on it or continue to wait.

Single day ticket options

Hi, I'm wondering what areas have single day tickets as I'm really interested in going on raceday. It only seems they are available for the Flamingo General Admission so wondering if they are available in the other zones.

Seeking advice on formulating a plan to start investing in real estate.

Here's the situation I'm in. I've got some medical issues which has prevented me from holding down a job. I drive for Doordash which has been enough to stay on top of my bills. If something happens, I just go home for the day and take care of what I need to do. I prefer not to get into the details of my health at this time.

I'm now 27 and still living with my parents and they have suggested I try to gain some independents and move out. I have tried to formulate a plan to do so with the possibility of buying a duplex/triplex and rent out the other units while living in one, which would essentially have the tenants pay the mortgage + a little extra.

The only problem is is all the loan types typically require a minimum of 3% down and I have no savings and if I were to try building up some capital for a down payment it'll likely take another 3+ years before I'd have enough.

So I'm here asking if there's a way to quickly build up some capital or if there's a strategy to leverage it without a down payment. Or if there's something you'd do entirely different than what I'm trying to do.

Any help, suggestions, or tips to guide me in the right direction would be appreciated! Thanks!

*I do have a good credit score above 700 if that changes anything.
