It's so funny as an OG TOF players seeing all these features/mechanics being "tested" on TOF and after some time they are implemented on NTE but like 10x better, basically TOF is their test ground, the last thing they tested GUESS WHAT? was an AMUSEMENT PARK with lot of mini-games, so yeah Pukalands is coming packed!
For lore enjoyers, there is an Index, Phone -> 2nd tab, that gives a lot of extras details, even about the Eternal Gift (story chapter 4)
I wish the chapter 0 was a little longer and explains this details (they will probably show this in story later but still..), adds a extra layer and shows what this anomalies are capable of, there is even a list about the Anomaly Class, last photo*, if a Class VII can do this, imagine the impact of a Class X.
Before people ask, no the SKIN PITY isn't shared with Nanally, the Nanally SKIN PITY remain the same for next rerun.
Since the official launch of "NTE" we have received a large number of responses. The game currently has indeed exposed many problems, which have indeed affected your gaming experience. As the production team, we feel very sorry. After an emergency internal discussion, we have formulated corresponding repair and optimization plans, which we also ask you to review. (Currently, some optimization work and bug fixes have already been completed.)
Apart from our apology, we also hope that the appraisers can feel our sincerity - we will compensate all appraisers:
Since launch, the most common feedback has been related to performance optimization and bugs.
Issues such as crashes, frame drops, and overheating on mobile devices have significantly affected gameplay for some players. Improving performance across different devices while maintaining overall game quality is our top priority and a long-term focus.
To address this, we will:
At the same time, we will take strict action against players who exploit bugs to disrupt game fairness. Depending on severity, penalties may include removal of illicit gains, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. A fair environment is fundamental to everyone’s experience, and we appreciate your understanding.
We recognize that some character designs have not met expectations. Moving forward, we will refine upcoming characters, improve their uniqueness, and avoid overcomplicated designs to ensure each character leaves a clear and memorable impression.
We have also received extensive feedback on the story. Currently, we are reviewing and evaluating it carefully. In terms of the urban light-comedy tone, there are shortcomings in both expression and emotional delivery, and some narrative pacing issues have affected the overall experience.
To address this:
For future content, we will continue improving storytelling, presentation quality, and pacing to create a smoother and more engaging narrative experience.
We aimed to appeal to both racing enthusiasts and casual players. However, vehicle physics, controls, and overall driving feel still require improvement.
We will prioritize fixing driving-related issues in upcoming updates.
Additionally, in Version 1.1, we plan to introduce an auto-cruise system, making driving more accessible and enjoyable for all players.
Urban gameplay and combat systems are key areas of ongoing improvement.
We will continue expanding and refining city activities to make the world feel more alive. For combat, we will improve hit feedback, animation timing, camera effects, sound design, and skill visuals ensuring a more satisfying and dynamic combat experience.
Our goal is for every Appraiser to fully enjoy the freedom and fun of NTE and create their own memorable experiences in the world.
(Some issues have already been resolved, including but not limited to:)
(And many more fixes are already in progress.)
The above is only part of the work ahead. More improvements are already underway, and we are carefully reviewing all feedback to develop better solutions. Until we are certain of our direction, we prefer not to make empty promises we ask for a bit more time.
Over the past three years, we’ve held onto a simple idea: to create a world that is genuinely fun one that players would want to return to, even casually, and truly immerse themselves in. However, along the way, we made some misjudgments and oversights that impacted the experience.
Here, we want to sincerely thank all Appraisers. Your feedback whether criticism or suggestions has helped NTE (Neverness to Everness) find its direction.
The road ahead may still have challenges, but we are committed to improving. We hope you will continue to believe in us as we work to build this world into something truly special.
