Those with perfected Proto DPS builds

Those very popular and in demand builds: Prototyped Strikers DPS (echo) or Tipping Scales (echo), you know.

Do you agents always end up getting the most kills and most damage in a group (specially in tier 10 escalations)?

Assuming SHD watch is a non-issue.

After the latest security update

The symbols appear oversized and bloated when you pull down the quick menu. Is anyone else seeing this?

What is this bulbous growth in my small fish pond?

Seems like algea to me but it does look like something that is about to move like a sea creature. Lol.

Any idea what this is? Is it good or bad? If bad, how to curb it?

Thank you.

A few questions about Prototype upgrades

Some of these may sound stupid but pardon my ignorance, will you?

  1. When upgrading a gear piece to Prototype after it's been elevated to expertise level 30, does the minimum roll the attribute the original piece had is going to Maxed while others are left to RNG or randomly any attribute will be maxed out?

  1. Other than exotics and Turmoil, is there any other named item that cannot be converted to Prototype by taking it to expertise level 30?

Oxyies with over 1M ticks. Curious if this be taken further?

I was discussing with a friend about getting the most out of Oxy builds. I had my favorite build stashed but I rarely used lately. Specially after the inclusion of escalation (oh boy!).

I recorded this video for him so I can show him the highest damage numbers I could achieve (withand without the Overdrive+seasonal modifiers).

Thought of posting it here too and see if there is a way to take it even higher damage per tick.

PS: Not able to add a screenshot of the build once I uploaded the video. But it goes as follows:

- Technician Specialization

- Three piece Wyvern (Mask, Gloves and Holster in my case)

- Two piece Hana U (Backpack with Tech Support talent)

- Sacrifice Chest (Perfect Glass Canon, with Skill haste and Skill Damage attributes

Capacitor and Harmony as weapons.

Without Seasonal Modifiers you can get upto 700k per tick

With Overdrive+Saturate Utility+ Compress Utility + Nullify =67.5% Skill Damage you can get upto 1M+ ticks with all buffs active.

Any suggestions to take it higher?

Is it me or the proto drops after this reset of target loots is really bad?

Played many missions. Across 4-7 tier but drops are scarce. Specially, the manning Zoo drops are not at all Core Strength. I got none after two runs at Tier 5.

I just learned that escalation mission timer resets to full...

...if you start the mission, clear a nearby control point (in the same locality and fast travel back to the mission. Not sure how it could be useful. But just putting it out there.

I started Grand Washington Hotel at Tier 4 and as soon as we walked past the Mission Board (where you interact with the mission settings and match make) after confirming the mission, a Supply Drop convoy happened to be behind us. While trying to clear those we ended up activating the MLK Memorial Library control point NPCs. And then we went on to clear the CP.

Worried we must have lost good 20 minutes when fast travelled back to the mission, the timer started from the beginning.

What a waste!

Just finished Solo Escalated American History Museum at Tier 5 with ZERO proto drops. Nada! Zilch! What a waste of token and time, I say.

Is this mission bugged this week like Bank HQ for last week?

I do have more than required proto components and the weapon is level 30. I see the option on The Harvest but not on Carnage.

What am I missing here?
