so i had 2/3 pimples early last month and after they disappeared it left these behind and it's been over a month and it hasn't gone yet , is it PIE or something else ?

and if so what routine or products should i take ?

out of nowhere tonight I noticed this ghosting overlay in the background that's stuck at a certain time and it doesn't change

is there any fix this to this ?
will it come right on its own after a turning everything off for the night ?
or is the monitor cooked now :/
