i want to replace or top up the gas and compressor oil of the car using a scale and not with a random at a gas station

where do you guys recommend i should go

i did a full test on the car pre purchase at EVS and they gave me a full quote that exceeded 14k, i bought the things and installed it at multiple places, i have yet to find a place that has a proper scale for refrigerant gas and compressor oil
