Need the cable to be decently long and be just a simple plug and play, if possible?

Don’t get around to BestBuy very much and forgot to check the wattage when I bought an INIU 20000mah portable battery charger. Can I still use it or will I need to return it and get a higher wattage?
Been getting several stutters after prolonged play, sometimes the game will crash citing corrupted files that need to be scanned and repaired but I’ll still get the crash anyway. Last time was so bad I needed to restart my whole PC because nothing would run afterwards, not even my browser
What settings to use? Do I limit my FPS first and then use it?
Preferably one that’s light in weight and has a high capacity
So I bought a TV off a guy for $160 plus a soundbar I wasn’t using. His listing specifically said it was the Q8F series 65” Samsung tv which had essential gaming features that I was looking for. So I negotiated with him and he delivered it to my home.
It was a big TV so I thought it was the same 65” Q8F Samsung he advertised. After he left I hooked it up and found that it was the wrong TV, a significantly cheaper one that wasn’t ideal for gaming. I immediately told him that it was the wrong TV and he immediately blocked me.
So, I took a screenshot of his face and posted that he scammed me. After the post received some traction he unblocked me and tried to say that he never specified what Samsung model it was, of which I easily disproved with screenshots. He’s made threats that he will come back for the TV and take it back by force and has not offered me a refund. And he is also saying he will cite me for harassment and slander
What do I do in this situation? I’ve already called the police and let them know he might come back but they said they can’t do anything.
