Need your help mga ka OP!

I’ve missed multiple payments on my housing loan because of family emergency that needed more attention and my wife just gave birth so medyo out of funds and now, I have 5 months in arrears in pag-ibig.
I tried to contact the Collection Agency to ask for a payment plan but they always push for full payment and I don’t have 100K in available funds. I will have my salary by the end of the month and I will make my 1 month worth of payment.
I checked online, Can I apply for pag-ibig restructuring program? Madali po ba ang application? Or ano possible best option for my case?
