Muscle up form tips/improvements

I'd like to do low to zero swing/leg use muscle ups. What should I improve? My first muscle up was 2 weeks ago, I can do around 5-8 now, looking like in the video. I don't know if my form is correct or how much swing/leg use is acceptable.

Recovery / slow long distance run shoes

Hey all,

I weigh 220lbs/100kg and I am 6'1/186cm tall. I recently got my hands on the Asics superblast 2 and they are wonderful. My wide and high volume feet are loving it (with loose lacing). My feet are 29.3 cm and I got the shoes in 30.5 cm.

I've read that they are a great do it all shoe, but I still feel like I'd rather do daily/tempo/interval training with them rather than recovery / slow long distance runs.

Unless you guys tell me it's really that good for those type of runs, I'd like to keep my options open to good cushioned shoes for recovery runs as well.

I've been looking into the Nimbus 27-28, vomero plus-premium and puma magmax 2.

I haven't tested the nimbus, but I have the vomero plus and magmax 2.

The vomero plus in wide still feels a bit narrow and the magmax 2 was too narrow, killing my feet. I might try the vomero wide again, since that one run did feel good, but I am looking for a good comfortable shoe to run some serious distance in or run in when my legs are dead.

Any recommendations for a heavy runner with pretty wide feet and high volume?
