I need to quit thc vaping through harm reduction. A CBD vape feels like a exit ramp

Hello. I'm quite addicted to smoking disposable vapes. I go through about 3g in 10 days. Quitting cold turkey doesn't work for me. The initial withdrawal I face is purely physical. It's like I'm dying to pull from a vape. Obviously I'm irritable but I can control that by breathing, meditation and exercise. I am under therapy and psychiatric care for depression and adhd so they don't want me to smoke weed, and will help/support in any way.

I've tried CBD tincture for anxiety in the past and it's made no difference. Please be honest. Can I replace thc vaping with cbd and not get addicted to it?They say weed is not addictive but it obviously habit forming. I eventually don't want to be smoking cbd either so I don't want to exchange 1 habit for another.

Are there any reputable vape manufacturers? I need to buy in store because I can't have it delivered to my home. And I use vapes for the same reason - I don't want to smell inside house and I have no room to store flower without someone in the house finding out. So do I have any options here? In store vape that won't break the bank. I have a universal battery too so I can use carts too if that's a better fit.

How much should we actively engage the toddler?

He's fairly good with independent play, reading, coloring etc. and has the typical preschool, after school/weekend activities. But in the time he's at home how much should we actively engage him as opposed to free play? I feel like he enjoys direct participation with his mom, and with me likes hanging out while we both do our things but he comes by to show me stuff (which I fucking love ngl). Is either of us overdoing it? I don't want him to think I was always "busy" while he wanted to play.

I am definitely overthinking it but it's what I do.
