What to do about these support posts on an addition on my house?

As you can see, the bottom part of the bracket around the metal piece on which the post sits has completely rusted out. The metal piece on which the post sits seems to be intact. But probably still needs to be fixed. Not sure who to call and how much work it is to fix it but part of the house addition that was done by previous owner is resting on it. Any suggestions on what steps I need to take to fix this? I haven’t tried calling anyone yet. wanted to get a general sense of what I’m dealing with here before I do.

Also, on pic #4 the concrete pier has moved but the support post still manages to stay vertically on it as the metal bracket seems to have adjusted for the tilt. Any suggestions on who to call and how much work it will take to fix?

I'm in Fairfield county CT.

Looking to move to Folsom from CT.

Hi everyone. it’s my first time here. I always wanted to move from east coast to CA. I was stationed in Camp Pendleton a while ago and fell in love with southern CA. But after military I took my mother’s advice and went back to NY to go to college. I stayed ever since and eventually moved to FL and then CT. But I always wanted to live CA and considered it on many occasions and traveled to so cal and nor cal on multiple occasions. I’m risk averse and in my mid years with family and kids and a perspective of moving 3000 miles away always had a sobering effect on me. I always think of an excuse to stay on east coast. My wife is supportive either way. However, she is happy in CT since she can still go to NYC whenever she wants. I like NYC but I don’t love it. I would prefer SF over NYC. With that said, I’m getting older and staring to think about what my older self would think about right now. I think I will regret not taking a chance but so I’m also afraid of failure. I like living in CT but I’m happiest when it’s sunny and it’s raining i feel miserable. I also find that it’s hard to make friends here. I’m busy with work and kids so it’s not like I even have that much time for new friends. I still visit my old friends in NYC whenever I can. But I feel like time just passes in CT without any end goal. I‘m comfortable in CT but I love sunny weather, which in CT is rare. I feel like I would be happier in CA (as I was during my time there) and identified Folsom as a family friendly place that I could possibly fit in. I love outdoors and being physically active and think that Folsom has this to offer. And although I would love to live in Bay Area the housing costs dissuade me from considering. I believe that Folsom is a sweet spot for me and my family that still offers proximity to SF, if not for commuting but for world class experiences. (I am able to work remove btw). Has anyone gone through similar motions and can provide an advice or a suggestion?
