So confused!!!!!!

Our office told us one thing about our homeowners policy and the claim office told us something different. Even my printed policy agrees with what our office told us.

We recently experienced a lightning strike that destroyed all electronics plus our 3-tone heat pump. We are told by the claims adjuster that we don't have the any additional Endorsements when we have Replacement Cost Endorsements and Additional Living Expenses (note: we only need to purchase a couple window air conditioners until our heat pump is replaced).

How should we handle this? Is planning to visit my agent this morning a good idea or is there another route to go? Thanks for reading this and if you have additional questions, please ask.

Don't want to get rid of it!!!!!!

I have a gas stove/oven, it's a 5-burner. The oven temperature is going from bad to worse. It used to be 25 degrees off and has gotten worse over the last couple weeks. I've been adding 25 degrees to my bake temp and yesterday when I set it for 500 degrees it didn't even reach 425.

I've cleaned the thermostat -- it changed nothing.

Do I need to replace the entire unit? I do a lot of baking and often need to bake at 475 degrees and occasionally at 500.

Thanks in advance for any help!
