Airtel sucks
I doubt Airtel knows what 1.5GB is. I am just browsing on News diggers but I have already used up 90% of my data in just an hour 😳. I don't have these kinds of issues with Zamtel or MTN.

I’m looking for advice from people familiar with German debt collection (Inkasso/Rechtsanwälte), especially ImmoScout24 and KSP.
I signed up for an ImmoScout24 premium apartment-search subscription earlier this year.
According to the account statement ImmoScout24 provided, these were the payments made on my account:
- 08.03.2026 – €29.99 by credit card
- 08.03.2026 – €4.99 by credit card
- 08.04.2026 – €29.99 by credit card
- 08.04.2026 – €4.99 by credit card
- 16.04.2026 – €25.45 by SEPA transfer
- 29.06.2026 – €29.99 by SEPA transfer
So there were 6 payment transactions totalling €125.86. There was also a separate €25.45 credit (Gutschrift) from ImmoScout24 in May.
The problem concerns the last €29.99 payment.
On 08.06.2026, there was an invoice for €29.99. I was told that I owed €29.99. I said I would pay it at the end of the month, and on 29.06.2026 I transferred €29.99 to ImmoScout24.
In July, ImmoScout24 contacted me again claiming that €29.99 was still outstanding. I sent them proof of my €29.99 payment and asked them to clarify why they were still requesting another €29.99.
I was not refusing to pay a legitimate invoice. My issue was that I had already transferred €29.99 after being told I owed €29.99, so I wanted them to explain what happened to that payment before I paid another €29.99.
I kept receiving essentially the same answer that the June amount was outstanding.
Then in August the matter was passed to KSP Rechtsanwälte, acting for Immobilien Scout GmbH. The original €29.99 had increased to around €51 with collection/legal costs.
I contacted KSP as well, provided my proof of payment and asked for clarification.
Yesterday, ImmoScout24 finally gave me the explanation: they acknowledge receiving my €29.99 payment from 29.06.2026, but they allocated that payment to an earlier May invoice dated 09.05.2026 (invoice 1). Therefore, according to them, the separate June invoice dated 08.06.2026 (invoice 2) remains unpaid.
Their own account statement also shows exactly this: the €29.99 payment made on 29 June was allocated against the May invoice, while the June invoice remained with a €29.99 balance.
So at least I now understand why they say another €29.99 is outstanding.
However, today KSP sent me another email and the amount has suddenly increased to €110.59.
KSP says the claim concerns specifically:
Invoice: 143R2606206542
Invoice date: 08.06.2026
Principal: €29.99
Their current calculation is:
- Principal: €29.99
- First legal/business fee (13.08.2026): €15.75
- Expenses (13.08.2026): €3.15
- Additional business fee (25.08.2026): €51.20
- Additional expenses (25.08.2026): €10.24
- Interest: €0.26
- Total: €110.59
They are demanding payment by 04.09.2026 and say additional interest will continue accruing.
What concerns me most is the additional €51.20 fee + €10.24 expenses added on 25 August.
During this period I was actively contacting both ImmoScout24 and KSP, providing proof that I had already made a €29.99 payment and asking them to explain where that payment had gone. I wasn't simply ignoring the debt collector.
ImmoScout24 only clarified yesterday that my June 29 payment had actually been allocated to the May invoice. Then today I received the KSP demand where the costs have increased to €110.59.
My questions for anyone familiar with German debt-collection law:
Is it legally permissible for KSP to turn a €29.99 principal claim into €110.59 in these circumstances?
Are the additional €51.20 “weitere Geschäftsgebühr” and €10.24 “weitere Auslagen” actually recoverable from me?
Can collection/legal costs continue being added while I am actively communicating with them and asking for clarification regarding a payment?
Does it matter legally that I wasn't denying that I would pay a legitimate outstanding invoice, but was asking ImmoScout24/KSP to explain how my €29.99 payment had been allocated?
Should I pay the €29.99 principal now while formally disputing the additional €80+ in fees, or could doing that be interpreted as accepting the entire claim?
Is this a normal debt-collection procedure in Germany, or is there something questionable about the way these additional fees have been calculated?
I have the ImmoScout24 account statement, my payment confirmation, the correspondence with ImmoScout24, and the KSP Forderungsaufstellung.
I’m not trying to avoid paying €29.99 if it is genuinely a separate unpaid invoice. I just find it concerning that while I was trying to get an explanation of where my previous €29.99 payment went, the collection/legal costs increased until a €29.99 claim became €110.59.
Any advice on what I should do next, and particularly whether these additional KSP fees are legally enforceable, would be appreciated.
When I signed up I had some matches but from Kenya, it's always Kenya. I got rid of them to have a fresh start with a premium account. It was dry the whole time the subscription stood. I didn't renew it now I have 5 new likes I can't view unless I have premium. Is this app a scam?
