Update: I found out from here and asked support again, and yes, the credits disappear if you purchase a membership. That’s insanely stupid, and I’m really disappointed. Thank you so much, everyone, for your answers!

I have 65 credits and my trial plan ends on August 22, but I can’t work out right now, and I’d hate for them to just go to waste. I’d really love to get a massage instead. So I was wondering if I could buy a membership now, unlock the locked activities, and use my trial credits for a massage before my trial ends and the credits expire.
I contacted support about this. The bot first told me no,that I could do this and the locked activities would unlock immediately, but I wouldn’t be able to use my trial credits for them. Then I asked again, and it said that I actually could. Does anyone know the correct answer?

Hi everyone! I don’t know what to do. I finally claimed the robot vacuum I’ve been dreaming about, and today I received the tracking number. But when I checked it, it showed that the package had already been delivered… to a completely different city.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Could it just be a tracking number mix-up and I should wait, or should I contact support right away? I’m really upset because I was so excited about getting this😭😭😭
