Is this still edible?

Edit: I have thrown it away! I kind of figured it wasn't safe to eat anyway haha! I have a jar of green beans that is labeled "Balsamic Vinegar Green Beans Nov 2023" that i got from my Dad's house (he recently passed away) and I was wondering if it's still edible. The top isn't popped or anything. I want to try them but I have never canned and know nothing about it! It doesn't look cloudy or anything.

Looking for low sodium heart healthy recipes

Hello! So my dad is having issues and I will have to be staying with him for a while once he gets out of the hospital to help keep an eye on him and take care of him! Looking for recipes that don't involve anything "spicy" to cook for him and help him stay on track. He isn't really a picky eater (besides he cant handle anything remotely spicy) but he loves his flavorful meals. He's always said he'd "rather eat good food than live for a long time" well, looks like that's going to have to change lol! I figured the basic roasted/steamed veggies with no salt and some Mrs dash no salt seasonings and plenty of chicken breast! Just looking for other ideas so he doesn't get bored of the food I make him or frustrated with "bland" food. Also tips on possibly making fish as I have never made fish at home before but I know he does love his fish! Thank you 💙

Almost half a month of spotting

Took a plan b last month and then my period started on time this month but ive been spotting ever since it started. Its been 15 days of light spotting and it's driving me insane! I also have noticed I've been feeling off balance (could be unrelated and due to allergies). Is this normal? Not really feeling any type of cramping or pain. The blood was darker for the most part and then yesterday I got some cherry red blood but that already seems to be slowing down. Not enough blood to fill a pad it's just there while I wipe and a spot or two on a pad. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests as well and they have all been negative! Also not on birth control. Edit: Have an appointment at planned parenthood today to check and see what is possibly going on. Hoping for some type of answer.

13 day light period

So I'm on my 13th day of my period. It's been very light the entire time and mostly darker colored. I also have been feeling slightly off balance the last few days now? Especially when I wake up from sleeping in the morning.

I did take a plan b last month but normally plan b doesnt really mess up my cycle too much besides giving me a period 7 days after taking it (which it did) and then I got this period on time like I normally do but it's been 13 days now. Is this normal?

Also- my allergies have been pretty crazy and I have had a stuffy nose so idk if that's what is contributing to the off balance feeling.
