Im trying to get the free side kick but im not gaining xp tried so many maps im confused

So for some context in 2024 I was casted due to tippy toe walking to fix it and the went on for 4 months and sense then and even before then I have had alot of pain and nothing has helped, we've tried naproxen Tylenol 3s and the most recent one which makes me pule and feel like shit amitriptyline I had xrays done they found nothing then I got a mri they found there was swelling in my nerves in my lower back and the pain has gotten worse they said they'd get back to me so they can run some tests as it's not common, and my question is what would these tests be? I'm 17 and honestly terrified and exaustsd of being in this pain
