Anyone ever supplemented with creatine? Does it help negative symptoms?

My best friend recommended creatine to me, and I'm going to talk my psychiatrist tomorrow about it, but I've read in some studies it has helped with some negative symptoms of schizoaffective/schizophrenia? I'm looking to have more motivation and less anhedonia.

Selfie Sunday!

Mother's day is a hard one for me. I gave my daughter away for adoption at birth 8 years ago, and while it was the best decision, and she has a wonderful life, better than I could've ever given her, it's still a very bittersweet day to me. Happy mother's day to all who celebrate, and to all who maybe have a little difficulty with it, and all those in between. Have a great day, yall. Much love ❤️
