Air75 v3 - are keys supposed to be different heights?

I just got a Nuphy Air75 v3 with the red switches, and so far it's been a fantastic little keyboard. I was experimenting with some shine-through keycaps, and noticed when I put them on that not all of the keys were a uniform height.

In the picture above, I tried to illustrate this with two different keys in the bottom row. I apologize for the poor photography, I hope the annotations do an OK job indicating what I am seeing a bit more clearly in-person.

When I put the new keycaps on, I noticed that some seemed to be more depressed than others, which was visible when viewing the keyboard's side profile. I thought I had perhaps pushed the caps on too hard (they were a tad tight on the stems). Taking the keys on and off and switching them around produced the same results, so I figured it wasn't that. I swapped back to the OEM keycaps, and same result (pictured). I then thought this was perhaps caused by uneven switches, so I swapped the switches between the keys pictured, and had the same result, so I figured it must be the board itself.

Is this normal? It's not something I've noticed on other keyboards, although admittedly I have not used too many of them and perhaps this is just the first time I am noticing what is otherwise a standard feature. It doesn't really impact the typing experience in a material way, so just trying to figure out if my board is just a bit warped (in which case I may try to exchange) or if this is completely normal.

Thanks for any help from those a bit more experienced!

Best thick inner sleeve for extra protection?

I’m looking to double sleeve an EDH deck that has several rather expensive foils, so I’d like to give it a bit of extra protection. Does anyone have experience with KMC Perfect Hard vs. the newer Dragon Shield thick inners?

I was planning to use Dragon Shield dual matte outer sleeves, so unsure what would provide the best mix of protection, ease of sleeving, not warping the outer sleeve, etc. Is there an option other than these two that you’d recommend?

Thanks for any thoughts. Couldn’t seem to find a comparison between these anywhere, perhaps because the Dragon Shield thick inners are a bit newer.

Possible to submit a support ticket to Corsair without the AI Chatbot?

I purchased the Vanguard Air 99 keyboard about two months ago, which has had a myriad of problems since. The latest is that since the last firmware update, it won't charge past 13% regardless of how much time it spends charging nor what cable/power source is used to charge it.

This is definitely a serious issue, and I suspect is related to the firmware update and is being caused by the software rather than faulty hardware. I'd like to submit a support ticket with Corsair to see if this can be addressed before moving to a step like submitting an RMA.

However, when using the AI chatbot on the Corsair support page to describe the issue and generate a support ticket, it will only move to creating an RMA without providing any other option. When I then tell the chatbot I do not want to do an RMA, it instructs me to explicitly say to generate a support ticket without creating an RMA. Even when following that instruction to the letter, it just moves ahead with an RMA. After spending quite some time banging my head against the proverbial AI wall, I couldn't figure out where else to turn.

Is there any possible way to submit a support ticket to Corsair without using their non-functional chatbot? Can I contact an actual human in any way?

Thank you for any help to point in the right direction. I am basically at my wit's end between all of the problems this premium-priced keyboard has, with the only option to address them being forced to waste time with an AI bot that just doesn't work (and likely used up a small town's water supply and electric grid to do so).

P.S. picture mostly for attention, but it does demonstrate how the battery level looks on the keyboard at all times regardless of charge. Also since the screen can only currently display GIFs with no other meaningful function and no way to turn off, it's just Deadpool. Felt appropriate somehow.

OK, which one of you bought out the last 77 Cities of Ass on TCGPlayer on Sunday for $43 apiece?

Are you selling to Sir Mix-A-Lot? Is there not enough junk inside your trunk? Did the butt crack guy return and start handing out signed copies at MagicCon?

I can't just ass-ume. I must know.
