Wall Height

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but I'm really curious.

For multi level projects of say... 5, 15, 30 or 60 levels - would you model your walls full height or group by level and copy up.

I assume most of us with multiple years of experience have tried both methods..

Pros and cons of each?

This Peperomia Caperata is in the vicinity of multiple Alocasia which are notorious for spider mites and which I recently treated for spider mites.

I don't see any webbing on this plant and they move much faster than what I'm accustomed to seeing on the Alocasia so I'm thinking these might be predatory mites?

The plant overall appears to be healthy outside slight damage that I'm pretty certain was due to over watering.

Plant lives on a balcony with partial sunlight all day

Overall the plant appears very healthy but I've recently noticed a few leaves have some brown spots.

it's not many leaves so I'm leaning towards overwatering but I'm unsure.

I've killed so many of these and I've finally managed to keep these for a few months by only watering minimally every few days but even the smallest amount has been an issue in the past.

Also, what is causing the leaves to turn down? is this also overwatering or too much light?

Plants sit on a balcony and receive bright indirect sun most of the day with direct evening sun for about 90 minutes right before sunset.

Lastly, are spider mites an issue on these plants? There are some Alocasia in the vicinity which are spider mite magnets. should I be treating these as well?
