I run a small non profit organization. My organization work for road side injured dog treatment. We collect fund from animal lover. Previously we are using donorbox for raising fund. It has monthly subscription with upto 2% transaction fee. I try to get rid of transaction fee.
After looking a alternative for raising fund without transaction fee. One of my friend suggest Paymentform io. It offer donation form for collect fund. It also has client portal, send email donate confirmation. It almost cover my needs. It's don't charge transaction fee.
He also suggestion give butter, It also don't charge transaction fee. Give butter has CRM feature which will be helpful for manage donation program. But it subscription is high.

I recently saw many post about how to start or scale digital product business. I read those post and comment and get some idea how to start a better way.
When starting business choose platform and audience is very import. First choose platform that don't charge transaction fee and also has generous free version. Because during market validation don't spend money. Just spend time and effort.
First Step: Create a order form in paymentform io, upload products, connect payment gateway. Then share with family, friends and community. It did not charge transaction fee, all amount directly goes in your account.
If you get good response from community and friends that time is you can understand your product is market fit. Understanding product is market fit is very important.
Second Step: If product is market fit then go to marketplace like Gumroad, Esty, Ebay or other platform to reach wider audience. You get some automatic visitor and sales. But it's cut upto %10 transaction fee.
It's a signal that its time to scale business.
Final Step: same time build a website using any CMS, any platform or Custom code. Do SEO, try to rank in product niche keyword. Collect feedback form users, upgrade product. Build social media page. First time you get few sell. Continue do SEO, burn some money into Google and Meta Ads. Hope some sell increase. Same time your marketplace also active, you generate sell from there too.

Our main goal is to reach a wider audience and introduce our product, not revenue.
Seeing users use the product is really an awesome feeling.
