Bought a NARWAL FREO on 2023.

I believed they got the best after sales support based on their website and reviews.

But to my dismay I recently got into an issue where the waste water is not being sucked back into the waste water bin.

When I raised a support request to was shocked to learn that NARWAL DON'T SUPPORT DISCONTINUED products....

Not even with a paid support.

They expect me to use a blower in the outlet pipe and troubleshoot myself.

Pathetic situation.

Not sure what options do I have now. Watch a YouTube DIY service video or THROW THIS UNIT IN THE BIN...

1 lakh INR down the drain to be honest. Pathetic....

I bought a NARWAL FREO on 2023. I liked the product a lot. It's was a good run all these years. I believed there will be good after sales support if something goes wrong in an electronic product with lot of moving parts.

Recently in the base station, the flooded water in the bottom tray was not sucked back into the waste water bin and I got the following error.

I thought NARWAL support got my back. Upon reaching out to them, I was informed that THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT TO THEIR "DISCONTINUED" PRODUCTS.

Really disappointed. I myself had bought 2 such units from narwal, trusting with good after sales service support.

Now according to their mail, either I have to DIY fix it or have to throw this unit in trash and buy a new one.

LESSON LEARNT on what to check before buying something.
