All my answered doorbell videos, I'm unable to play them in full, only the first couple of seconds before freezing in gray for the remainder. On Ring.com is the same thing: it plays for like 3 seconds, then goes with an error message error trying to play, if I download the video everything is there perfect quality no issues it just wont play on the app or website, it even show the face of the person ant show me the snapshots of the face but wont play the video, all other video notifications from motion on the same doorbell are fine it is only the recordings when we answer the doorbell, wifi is excellent the doorbell its new, the one before this one worked fine no issue I just upgrades to the new one.
