I’m looking for a cycling buddy and I feel like there’s no space for people who don’t go 25-30km per hour. I’m sitting at 20km per hour on a good day (which I’m fine with). I really want to cycle with another girl who’s a beginner. I was thinking trying bumble bff? Has anyone got tips for me besides go to meetup or look for bike shops in your area (my area has all this but for faster riders)

I’ve recently received lots of advice from this sub reddit telling me to use edges to lead the eye, I’ve been trying but it’s really hard! Any advice is appreciated.

I’m at my wits end and not sure what else to do so I’m turning to reddit!
Every night I go the bed and my sheets are itchy, however I have no bug bites, no rashes. The itchy feeling lingers once I wake up and go about my day, slowly gets better. If there was an itchy scale from 0-10 it would be about a 5 (so more annoying than painful)
I’ve started washing my sheets every night which helps when I first get in, but by middle of night it always gets itchy.
I thought it might be dust mites so i deeply cleaned and vacuumed everything. But I felt no difference.
I started thinking it might be psychological. But last night my boyfriend stayed over and he also felt it. Same symptoms for him too.
Some more context hints:
I have not changed laundry detergent
I have two flatmates in other rooms of the house who haven’t felt it
I sleep with my window slightly open (tried shutting it too no change)
I have changed my mattress protector
I have bought new sheets (old sheets washed don’t help)
I have an air purifier and I have changed the filter
I have not seen any visible bugs
I have washed and aired my rugs and pillows in the room
I live in Sydney, Australia (if that helps?)
Please help! It’s a mystery.
