I'll be visiting Kigali and Kamembe soon. Will Type C outlets be available everywhere? Or do I also need a Type J converter? Looking forward to visiting!

I'll be going to Rwanda at the end of the month and would like to take a volleyball set with me. I am looking at the Park&Sun Spectrum Pro Outdoor Set but I'm curious about the size of the poles when broken down.

Can you tell me how long the poles are when broken down? I want to make sure I can get them on the plane before ordering.
