Qasa: landlord asking for photo of passport

Hii im looking for an apartment near Stockholm through Qasa, my partner is non-EU and i am european. The guy renting out his apartment (we visited it today) asked for us to send him a photo of our passports so that he can draw up a contract. But i thought Qasa already did ID verification so it is not necessary? Is this scammy or...?

Hello, I am looking for someone who, like me, is struggling to stay consistent in learning art (through whatever course or method). I myself have started following the online Proko course "Drawing Basics" and I'd hate to drop it like I did to so many other online courses in the past. I'd like us to hold each other accountable to our respective schedules and show what we practiced during check-ins if we feel comfortable with that.

(And I dont mind if your timezone is quite different from mine, I am rather flexible)
