To those who have successfully gotten off drug, two questions: how many years were you overweight and how long were you on the drug for?

I’m experimenting with the idea of trying to taper off Zepbound, but definitely have questions. I was overweight since before puberty (say 40 years) and have been at goal for a year and a half on 5 mg Zepbound every 10 days. I exercise and have a healthy diet but I worry about going back to feeling hungry all the time and battling the food noise with constant calorie counting. Trying to get some data since haven’t seen any studies really addressing long term success.

New tank, no nitrates, but BBA anyway

Recent pic of my new 20 gal low tech (meaning no CO2). Sunsun canister filter, air stone, 79 F. Probably 2 months in, Fluval stratum with partial sand cap, Twinstar B started at 50% for 6 hrs, recently upped to 100%. Lightly stocked due to maybe a sick fish intro issue (lost 2 rasboras immediately and I think some Pygmies), currently have only 3 rasboras, 5 Pygmy Cories, 3 Otos, an Amano and baby hitchhiker ramshorns. Had a lovely diatom bloom which is now fading BUT I’m already seeing BBA on the driftwood and a few plants. Fully cycled, pH 6.8, ammonia 0, nitrites 0, and at last check nitrates 0(!-never have I ever gotten to zero nitrates with my other tanks). Dosing with Thrive S once or twice a week. Should I cut back on light? I am really not overfeeding, trying to keep them alive and growing on stingy rations. I don’t really have anywhere else to put plants, waiting for the weeping moss to glom onto the wood. Any advice welcome!

Pygmies?

Thinking of adding pygmies to my new 20 gal planted. How many and do they need a cave to hide in? There’s plenty of plants and rocks but will that be enough for them not to stress?

First try at planted aquascape, no CO2, aquasoil with partial sand cap, Twinstar B series. 20 gal tall and 5 gal cube. Was thinking celestial pearl danios and Pygmy Cories (plus snails? Ramshorns, we have a lot of babies) and some shrimp for 20, was thinking a pretty neocaridina colony for 5 gal. Thoughts? Currently cycling, day 3.
