planning to get ece (ss) or IT (ss) in tce through counselling , i would like to hear your opinions please.

planning to get cse here through counselling, opinions?

my rank is 5344 , bc 3129

I checked out the closing ranks for ece/it/aids in psgitech , gct and cit (ss) in cutoff portal and im missing out on my general rank like 1.4k to 1.8 k .

i genuinely prefer ece so i checked out kct which i thankfully clear but the placements (70% placement last year ) have been pretty bad like mass recruiters hiring people 3 to 4 lpa and high fees because of that i lost interest in it.

next i checked out eshwar / skcet which i clear easily but for ece it feels such as waste of my ranks , eg ece cutoff for bc in eshwar in 2025 was 184 and this confused me alot on how to order my choice list

at this point i dont know if there is any other good clgs in cbe than this

after kct all other clgs in cbe require low ranks for ece , i cant study in any other region

how should i approach this situation?

what are the chances of me getting ece / it / aids in gct or psgitech or cit ss

what are the chances of upward movement working for me? and i just dont know what to keep as a proper safenet like eee in good clgs or cse / ece in clgs like kct or eshwar
