What should my calorie deficit be? confused

Hey guys, im finally trying to get my life together and lose some weight, but i honestly have no idea what should my calorie deficit be to start off with

For some backstory, ive gained like 25 lbs over the past year from just sitting at my desk job, eating junk, and not moving much.. my clothes are getting pretty tight and im just tired of feeling sluggish all the time. i tried downloading myfitnesspal to track my food, but all these online tdee calculators are giving me totally different numbers and its kinda overwhelming

One site told me to eat 1200 calories (which feels ridiculously low and like id be starving), while another says 1800 is fine for steady weight loss. i want to lose weight at a safe, steady pace without crashing my energy or losing all my muscle, but i just dont know what should my calorie deficit be for someone who doesnt have a lot of physical activity throughout the day

For reference im 28, around 195 lbs, and work a desk job, though im planning to start walking 30 mins a day too

How did you guys figure out your starting numbers when you first began losing weight? if someone can tell me what should my calorie deficit be or how to find that sweet spot, id really appreciate the help

How to get a car loan with bad credit??

Soo im trying to figure out now how to get a car loan with bad credit and i thought that maybe someone here would know. my transmission completely died on my 08 civic yesterday and the shop quoted me basically more than the car is worth to fix it.. i need a ride to get to work every day since public transit around here is garbage and i really cant afford to lose my job right now. the main problem is my credit score is sitting in the low 500s because of some old medical bills and stupid choices i made a few years back, but im not sure if it is possible get a car loan with bad credit…

I applied online for a couple normal bank loans last night and got rejected instantly because of my bad credit which was super demoralizing tbh... ive been reading online about dealership subprime financing and buy here pay here places, but everyone says those places rape you on interest rates and trap you with high fees. i do have about $1500 saved up that i can throw down as a cash downpayment, and i make decent money now at my current job (been there about 8 months), but these old collection marks are just ruining everything for me

Has anyone here actually dealt with this before and knows how to get a car loan with bad credit without getting completely scammed by predatory interest rates? like should i try a local credit union first or just look for a cheap beatler cash car on marketplace instead?

Im honestly really stressed out and frustration is hitting hard today so any real advice or steps would help me out a ton thanks guys

How to flatten stomach fast? please help…

So as the title mentions, i really need some advice on how to flatten stomach fast… my best friend from college just dropped a bomb on us and invited the whole friend group to a beach wedding in cabo this november. im really excited for her, but im lowkey panicking because im supposed to wear this tight silk bridesmaid dress and my bloating has been terrible lately. i feel like i look 4 months pregnant by 7pm every single day lol

I really need advice on how to flatten stomach fast without doing anything crazy, dangerous or starving myself…

A little background on me:

-26F, around 142 lbs
-I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day for work
-I drink way too much iced coffee (maybe the dairy is causing bloat??)
-Started doing some random youtube workouts last week but i have no idea if cardio or core exercises are actually gonna help here?

Is it mostly diet, cut out carbs, or what? if anyone has realistic tips on how to flatten stomach bloat in like 6-8 weeks so i dont look totally squeezed into this dress, pleaseee write them here

Tbf id even take recommendations for good tea, gut health stuff, or specific core routines at this point lol. what actually worked for you guys when you needed to debloat quick?
