Hi

I have a rega p3 (an older version) and a set of active speakers.

When I turn the volume up high I get lots of feedback noise even when there’s no music playing on the phono stage setting of the speakers.

I have made sure they are in the mains plug sockets and turned off any electrical devices that are nearby.

I know grounding may be an issue but I understand rega do this internally.

I have looked at these RCA cables and they look pretty worn out, could these be the issue that’s causing all the noise?
