perfume recs ?

hii ! i adore this brand and ive been looking for alcohol free perfumes for a while now and im just so torn on which one to buy !

im (somewhat) sensitive to certain smells (like heavy musk and woody notes) and i was wondering if anyone had any good recs from femmenina :) i really love vanilla and/or fruity scents, i dont mind warmth in fragrances but too much is headache inducing for me, fresher scents are also welcome ! ideally just something girly, a bit lactonic or vanilla-y and kinda sweet but not sickly so ! i was thinking maybe marshmallow blossom or vanilla lace? i might be totally off mark with those two, which is why i thought id ask before buying any ^^

how would i alter this?

the back is far too long for me and i’d like to alter it so that it looks more like the first picture, but i wouldn’t be able to cut both the front evenly as the front is designed in a different way? (not sure how to explain but it’s clear in the third picture)
how would i go about this? id also like to keep the lace at the top so im completely lost here, thanks !

how can I be more helpful as a new start?

i joined tesco only this week and have had two shifts, tomorrow will be my third, i was just wondering how i could be more helpful though? i'm in f&f and i feel like im bothering my co-workers by asking "what should i do now?" i totally understand that im new and so i obviously dont know everything but i just feel like i could be helping out more (:

also, do any other f&f people have tips for finding where things go, cause i feel like im always wondering the area trying to find where specific items go (doing returns and what not). thanks !
