New cloudtilts to replace my old cloud 5s, which has been a daily sneaker for 3 years and is starting to show its age: speed laces broke, heels worn out. Chanced upon a ON shop in shinjuku (atmos) which were selling cloudtilts for ¥21000 tax free, which is far cheaper than back home in singapore. Loads of folks buying too. Definitely an upgrade for my daily use: i walk and stand alot for work and use it for the gym (mostly resistance training, occasional cardio). Would recommend anyone going to Japan to have a look given the good prices

Look at this Japanese convenience store meiji protein: 20g 108kcal. And for ¥200 (about $1.60). Great tasting too. Wish they'd bring this in
