Help me figure out which credit card(s) I should add to my stack

I just got the Wealthsimple visa infinite privilege card which made my Amex redundant everywhere except for gas. I'm going to cancel the Amex card, and I'm looking for complementary cards that give me higher cashbacks on some categories. If they have an annual fee, it would need to be offset by the additional profit made by the card. It can be one or multiple cards, but I definitely feel like I have gaps. I'm trying to figure it out but there's so many..

My profile:

  • I already have a house and high credit score, so not concerned with the credit score hits of adding cards or credit request
  • I always pay my full balance every month
  • Almost all household expenses are made by my accounts, so a spouse card is quite helpful
  • I'm in Québec
  • Household income around 250k
  • Software developer
  • No unusually large expense coming up for churning

Infos on categories :

  • Very rarely eat at restaurants
  • High volume at pharmacy
  • Gas under 200$/month
  • High volume on pre-authorized debit bill payments
  • Decent volume on technology
  • Currently low travel volume but will ramp up a lot over next few years
  • High volume at Costco which isn't covered by the 4% groceries category
  • Small volume on subscriptions
  • Medium volume on hardware stores

##current cards and their main perks ###Wealthsimple Visa infinite privilege Newly acquired today 2% cashback on everything

  • travel perks and insurance
  • no annual fee (waived)

###Desjardins MasterCard World Elite

  • 4% on grocery stores
  • 3% on restaurants
  • 3% on public transportation
  • 3% on entertainment ticketa and venues
  • 1% on everything else
  • travel perks and insurance
  • annual fee 140$

Amex remise simple selecte

  • 4% on gas
  • 4% on groceries
  • 2% on everything else
  • weaker travel perks and insurances
  • annual fee 120$
