I'm really starting to think about starting my weighloss journey with tirz. I have been gaining weight since 2021 and its been fluctuating so badly, I even have dark patches on my skin, maybe its insulin resistance related. Went for lab tests naman din and normal naman ang CBC and FBS ko. Pero the weight just keeps coming. Currently at 80kgs now. Reco a good supplier na legit, and kaya ba sa cebu area? thanks
