4 inch sewer exhaust pipe disconnected in wall

So the past few weeks there would be an occasional smell in the bathroom. After checking p traps and re-sealing my toilet I have discovered that my 4 inch exhaust pipe that connects to the main line has become disconnected in the wall. I went on the roof and shone a light down the pipe and can see it's not connected and misaligned.

I plan on calling a plumber but is there anything else they can do besides cutting my wall open and re-attach otherwise I will just do that myself.

Im really curious how this could even happen.

Edit - Thanks everyone. At this point I'm just happy to have found the source of the smell. Can't believe it took me so long to consider it. Looks like I will be opening my wall. Fun.

Steamdeck oled wifi issue sorry for length

So I've been having off and on issues with wifi on my oled since day one. But there for about 4 months it was working well. I stupidly updated after skipping many and now my wifi symbol will be greyed out and I have to enter my router password. it will fail until I turn the wifi off and back on and reenter the password after that it will work until it falls asleep.

I went to the desktop side to see if I could figure out what was going on and when it shows available wifi connections or previously connected signals there are multiple copies of my router. I'm assuming every time I connect to my wifi my steam deck is thinking it's a new device every time, it never used to do this.

Has anyone experienced this? My plan is to wipe the device and reinstall the OS as much of a hassle as that will be but I don't know what else to do. If anyone has any ideas I'm happy to try. Thanks.
