Silverlake date night dinner spots??

hi! this upcoming weekend, my ldr is visiting and he's vegan. we're doing a full la day (griffith park, los feliz flea, barnsdall park, echo park, etc.) and I need to find a vegan restaurant or restaurant with good vegan options in the Silverlake area! I'm new to the vegan thing, so I would appreciate any recommendations for dinner? and even lunch spots in los feliz if y'all have them

spring fell out of my l’or machine??

I was making coffee earlier with a kinda messed up nespresso pod not thinking anything of it, but when I realized something was wrong with the coffee, I looked into the pod discard compartment and found a spring and black piece. Is my machine completely broken or can I fix it myself? Please let me know any advice you guys have, thx :)

how to lose 20lbs and maintain? ed history :(

Hi! I’m 20yr (f) in college and have struggled with food my whole life. High school and the beginning of college I was highly restrictive of my food and active, but I got so burnt out and started binge eating a lot uncontrollably. I have gained a lot of weight this year, but in the past few months I stopped tracking calories in order to overcome my food anxiety. This has been working and helping me stop bingeing as much. However, I have truly gained a lot of weight and was hoping to take the summer to train, focus on activity and strength because I genuinely miss feeling fit and capable. Now, my goal is not to be as skinny as possible like in the past, I just miss feeling confident and strong in myself and my clothes. I also don’t want to overwhelm myself and revert back to old habits as well and start bingeing/gaining the weight back. I was planning on tracking calories again, but just with a better/more forgiving mindset. Do you guys have any tips for how I can do this? I would really like to feel my best in my body for my final year at college!
