I know it was yesterday but…

Like everyone else here, giant fan of our Ginger Elvis.

Always wished I could meet him just to tell him how much his music means and carried me through tough times. I think validating people work which inspire you or help you is important to do. I’m sure being a rock star he/they get much validation from fans but as a personal token of appreciation it’s always been a dream of mine.

I know, I know, I sound like a fanboy but anyway……. Here’s a throwback to when I was surprised with a bday cake for Homme bday.

This was May 18, 2023. So a slight throwback.

Anyway hope everyone had a nice Homme Day yesterday.

Claude keeps failing on simple HTML edits

I am honestly frustrated with Claude right now.

Claude originally created these HTML pages for me, but now I cannot get it to make simple edits. I even reduced the request to only 2 HTML pages and it still keeps failing with:

“This conversation is too long to continue. Start a new chat, or remove some tools to free up space.” Its literally a new conversation, and i changed it to Haiku bc its "small edits", as Claude suggested to me. I get the same outcome on Sonnet or Opus. Its very frustrating.

All I am trying to do is replace the temporary placeholder image in the About section with my own photo for my business, and replace the logo with the correct logo.

That is literally it. No redesign. No rewrite. No major changes.

Has anyone else dealt with this? This is not a coding question, its about running into this "remove some tools to free up space" message. I have 0 tools connected. Im not sure where this free up space is especially when its a new chat.

Right outside our front door, tucked into the corner of our Christmas lights (I know, I know… I’ve been really busy), I found this tiny hummingbird nest.

Before I noticed the nest, I kept seeing this little hummingbird flying around our front window and thought it was pretty cool. A few days later, when I was finally thinking about taking the lights down, I spotted the nest.

Since then, we’ve been watching from inside and noticed our little friend coming and going. I was also able to carefully angle my phone above the nest without touching anything and took these photos.

My family and I love having this tiny guest.

Funny enough, a few days before finding the nest, I bought a hummingbird feeder and nectar. I haven’t set it up because I wanted to keep activity around the nest as low as possible.

We’re leaving everything alone and giving her space, but is there anything else I should know or avoid doing?
