Is the AYN Thor the best "All in one" handheld in this current era of handhelds?

If not, then what would be? I know there isn't a real answer to the question, but if you were forced to choose one, I'm not sure what else could fit it. Sure PC handhelds can do more but DS isn't the best experience on them.

Also if you have a single handheld you'd prefer over the Thor I'd like to know why!

I have been having skin issues in this one area for 5 months. What is it?

Personal Information: Hello. I'm a 26 year old male. 5'7 and Asian American. I drink very rarely and I never smoked cigarettes.

Primary concern: Since around February (About 7 months ago), I was laying down trying to sleep and noticed this feeling of bugs just making me itch on my body. Then I had these intense urges to scratch only in certain areas. I checked and found no bugs on the body. I checked my bed. I slept on the floor. Same feeling came up. It was an intense and gross feeling and I had to scratch like crazy. Ever since then, I had a less (but still intense) urge to scratch myself in certain parts of my body.

These areas included the back of my left leg (main culprit) and my left arm, left outside of my armpit. There was one spot in my butt that you can guess for yourself was also very intense and embarrassing to be itchy from. Then the 2nd phase affected the back of my right leg, and my right arm. There is also one last spot that came up recently too, which is under my tummy area (like where a belt would be. Most of these spots come and go and don't leave consistent scabbing or skin scales like the one on my left leg.

One thing to note as well is that it seems my skin on my left leg just keeps developing these bumps as seen in the photo, which is not normal. If I'm itchy it's usually just basic skin color/pink skin. I also should note I drank zero calorie monster around this time but I stopped doing it for several months after and nothing changed. Then I tried out drinking it again and my condition neither fixed or got worse. I drink water and some zero calorie sodas from time to time.

Also, I noticed I heal a lot slower whenever I get a cut or anything like that, which is unsettling for me. I still see a healed cut mark from about 1-2 months ago. Maybe that's normal but I don't remember it taking that slowly to go away.

I went to a doctor about 2-3 months later and got prescribed these three things:

  • Methylprednisolone 4 mg
  • Hydrocortisone cream
  • Cetirizine HCl 10 mg

What the medications did: The cream just helps the pain and scratching urges go away temporarily. Methylprednisolone sorta helped the most and parts of my body slowly healed except for the left leg, but it was doses over 6 days only. Cetirizine just gave me weird feelings/anxiety when I took it before I slept so I didn't continue using it. I only took these medications for a month or so. I still put on Hydrocortisone every now and then to ease the pain, but it does not fix my condition at all. My left leg still didn't cure from using any of these.

My current state: My left arm and armpit have healed somewhat fully but my right arm, right back of my leg, and under tummy side still itch. They are mostly just get pink and leave no long lasting scabbing. My left leg is still completely unchanged and in the worst condition compared to all parts of my body. I'm at a loss here. Could really appreciate some medical advice. It could be allergies but my room is literally the same it's been for years so I'm pretty confused, especially with it being directed at such specific areas.
